  • Can I choose my own vendors?
Yes! At Funxion Events, we have a truly open vendor policy. You can bring in whatever professionals you want as long as the caterer and/or bartender are fully licensed and insured. Want suggestions? We're happy to recommend someone from our list of the best of the best vendors who have given our clients a great experience.
  • What is required to book?
We require a signed contract and half of the rental fee to reserve your date. The initial payment is non-refundable, with the rest of the contracted amount due 30 days before your event.
  • Do you require liability insurance?
Yes, in keeping with industry standards, we require liability insurance from anyone who books the venue. Often, your homeowner's insurance already has coverage built in, but if not, there are many online sites that can provide you the protection you need for your event. We also require liability insurance from caterers and bartenders.
  • What is included in my rental?
Not only do we offer a truly full-day rental (8 am to midnight? Heck yes!), but we also include so many great amenities: -Two event spaces in one with flexibility to design your event how you imagine it -20 handmade farmhouse tables on wheels -200 black resin folding chairs -Two private dressing rooms -Vintage organ -Vintage furniture -Copper pipe arch -Pallet photo display -Bourbon barrels (4) -Rustic tables (2) -Full sound system in larger event area and bluetooth-compatible sound system in smaller event space -Projector in large event space -Big screen television - great for slideshows or welcome signs -Prep kitchen -Event security -Full event cleaning -And more! • Can we reserve the venue for our rehearsal?
If we don't have another event booked at 60 days prior to your event, we open up booking to smaller, hourly events. Our booked couples get first dibs on booking the venue for their rehearsal.
  • Where can I park?
We get this question all the time, but really, you probably walk further when you shop at the mall or that big box store. The City of Boonville has ample parking along its square, which is just steps from our venue. We also have a back lot that can accomodate about 20 cars, and our neighbor Boonville Federal Savings Bank allows us to utilize their parking lots after business hours.
